As an outreach ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Hayward/Castro Valley, we provide childcare in Castro Valley, California for infant, toddler, and preschool children through six years of age.

The purpose of His Growing Grove Child Care Center is to partner with parents in nurturing and instructing the whole child, in a secure environment, centered on the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Our families come from Castro Valley and the adjoining cities including Hayward, San Leandro, Pleasanton, San Ramon, and Dublin to receive high quality childcare.

His Growing Grove has been accredited by NAEYC since 1992. We are currently in the process of renewing our accreditation. The National Association for the Education of Young Children sets professional standards for early childhood educationprograms, and helps families identify high-quality programs.
