His Growing Grove Preschool and Child Care Center is First Presbyterian Church of Hayward's non-profit ministry providing part time preschool and all-day care and education for children infancy through the year before kindergarten.
The purpose of His Growing Grove is to partner with parents in nurturing and instructing the whole child in a secure environment centered on the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.
Our goal is to meet the developmental needs of and enhance the sense of self worth in every child.
We strive to be a family strengthening service providing for the needs of the children as well as their families.
His Growing Grove offers low child to teacher ratios, professional
Christian staff and developmentally appropriate activities,
all recognized indicators of high quality early childhood
programs.
Our families come from Castro Valley and the adjoining cities
including Hayward, San Leandro, Pleasanton, San Ramon, and
Dublin to receive high quality childcare.
